This is a highly bespoke, doctor-led, regenerative hair restoration programme designed by Dr Sana to support hair density, scalp health and early hair loss prevention. This advanced treatment combines hybrid PRP and PRF therapy with scalp polynucleotide injections to stimulate the scalp environment and encourage healthier hair growth.

Each course begins with a detailed scalp analysis using trichoscopy to assess hair density and key scalp health markers. Patients then undergo four treatment sessions, spaced four weeks apart, combining PRP/PRF with polynucleotides. Treatment is delivered using a mesotherapy gun, a medical device that standardises injection depth and volume to ensure each session is consistent, precise and as comfortable as possible.

To improve comfort, anaesthetic cream is applied to numb the scalp before treatment, with optional anaesthetic blocks available where appropriate.

Alongside in-clinic treatments, patients may also be prescribed personalised prescription-only medication tailored to their individual needs. Optional blood testing is available to identify deficiencies or contributing factors linked to hair loss.

At the end of the treatment course, a repeat scalp analysis is performed to objectively compare progress and provide measurable data on treatment response.
