Treatments
Care begins with consultation, not treatment selection. Patients are invited to book an online or face-to-face consultation, where the most appropriate options are considered and recommended clinically, removing the expectation that you should know which treatment is right for you.
Microneedling
Medical microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to prompt the body’s own repair response. At The Sana Clinic the needling itself is one step in a full protocol every patient receives: clinical cleanse, enzymatic peel, cold atmospheric plasma, microneedling with bespoke mesotherapy, tinted clinical SPF, and a recovery mask to take home. Topical anaesthetic is offered where appropriate.
Preparation and recovery are part of the treatment here, never billed as extras. The mesotherapy is bespoke, chosen by Dr Sana for your concerns, and may include premium Korean polynucleotide serums or Medik8 Exo-PDRN Prismatic+ Pro Concentrate.
Medical microneedling with bespoke mesotherapy, plus the complete Sana preparation and recovery protocol. Sessions are spaced 4 weeks apart when taken as a course.
*Subject to consultationRegenerative microneedling incorporating advanced targeted mesotherapy where clinically appropriate. Sessions are spaced 4 weeks apart when taken as a course.
*Subject to consultationThe clinic’s premium regenerative protocol, using the most appropriate advanced treatment combination following assessment. Sessions are spaced 4 weeks apart when taken as a course.
*Subject to consultationEvery treatment includes the full protocol at no extra cost: a clinical cleanse, an enzymatic skin peel, cold atmospheric plasma, microneedling with bespoke mesotherapy, a second cleanse, clinical-grade tinted SPF 50+, and a recovery sheet mask to take home. None of it is optional or charged separately, at any tier.
Most plans use four sessions spaced four weeks apart. Skin remodels gradually, so a course produces a more meaningful change than a single treatment. Your own course is confirmed at consultation after Dr Sana has assessed your skin.
Topical anaesthetic is offered where appropriate and most patients describe the treatment as comfortable. Cold atmospheric plasma is used beforehand to prepare the skin, and cooling, vibration distraction and breaks are available throughout. Your comfort is discussed before treatment begins, and treatment is paused whenever you ask.
You will not need to. Clinical-grade tinted SPF 50+ is applied at the end of every treatment. It protects the treated skin, contains active ingredients that support recovery, and covers residual redness, so most patients carry on with their day as normal.
Microneedling is generally considered suitable across skin tones, but suitability is always assessed individually. Skin type, history of pigmentation and how your skin has responded to previous treatment are all reviewed at consultation, and the protocol is adjusted accordingly.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments
Every journey starts with a consultation, moving from concern to category to tier before arriving at a personalised plan. Tiers reflect clinical scope rather than product volume, the standard of care never changes between tiers, and your final plan, and its price, is always confirmed with your clinician, not selected from a menu.
Book a ConsultationTreatment of the upper face or the lower face, planned around your facial movement and the outcome agreed, rather than a fixed number of areas.
*Subject to consultationComprehensive treatment of the upper and lower face, considering facial movement and balance as a whole while preserving natural expression.
*Subject to consultationFull-face treatment extending to the neck and platysmal bands where clinically appropriate.
No, not when it is planned properly. The aim is to soften the lines that bother you while keeping your face moving naturally. At consultation Dr Sana will ask how much movement you want to keep, and the plan is built around that rather than around a standard dose.
Most patients describe it as a brief scratch rather than pain. The needles used are very fine and the treatment takes around fifteen to twenty minutes in total. Individual experience varies, and anything you are worried about can be discussed before you decide to go ahead.
Yes, most patients return to normal activities immediately. There may be small raised marks at the injection points which settle within an hour or so. You will be given aftercare advice including what to avoid for the rest of the day.
The tiers reflect how much of the face is being treated, not the standard of care. Focused covers the upper or the lower face, Full Face covers both and considers balance across the whole face, and Full Face and Neck extends to the platysma where clinically appropriate. Every tier receives the same assessment, products and aftercare.
No. Suitability is assessed individually at consultation, and it is not recommended for everyone. Dr Sana will review your medical history, examine how your face moves, and will tell you plainly if treatment is not the right answer for you.
Volume and Definition
Every journey starts with a consultation, moving from concern to category to tier before arriving at a personalised plan. Tiers reflect clinical scope rather than product volume, the standard of care never changes between tiers, and your final plan, and its price, is always confirmed with your clinician, not selected from a menu.
Book a ConsultationTreatment of one principal concern or anatomical region, for example lips, chin, cheek support, perioral restoration or a focused structural correction.
*Subject to consultationMulti-area treatment to improve balance, proportion or replace volume, for example cheek and chin, chin and jawline, or broader midface restoration.
*Subject to consultationMore extensive facial restoration, contouring or structural balancing across several regions, including significant volume loss, asymmetry or post-weight-loss change.
At The Sana Clinic treatment starts from £395 for a focused single region, from £895 for multi-area work, and from £1,495 for more extensive structural restoration. We price by clinical scope rather than by the millilitre, so the quote reflects the outcome planned rather than the volume used.
Dermal filler typically lasts between 6 and 18 months, depending on the area treated, the product used, your metabolism and the amount of movement in the area.
Lip filler may require maintenance sooner, while structural treatments to areas such as the cheeks, chin and jawline can often last 12–18 months or longer. At The Sana Clinic, we focus on subtle, well-planned correction and long-term maintenance rather than overfilling.
Because patients are paying for an outcome, not a quantity of product. Pricing by volume encourages treating to a number rather than to a face. The exact volume used is set out transparently in your written treatment plan.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved. This is discussed with you before any treatment takes place, so you understand your options before you decide.
Not when the face is assessed as a whole. Treatment here is planned around proportion, support and the relationship between regions, rather than by treating an area you have named in advance. What is achievable for your face is discussed honestly at consultation.
All injectable treatment carries risk, including bruising, swelling, infection and, rarely, more serious vascular complications. These are explained in full at consultation and set out in your written plan before you consent to anything.
Biostimulators
Collagen-stimulating injectables work differently from fillers. Instead of adding volume directly, they prompt the body to produce its own collagen over the following weeks and months, gradually improving skin thickness, firmness and structural support.
Because the change is progressive and generated by your own tissue, the result develops slowly. The tier reflects the extent of restoration planned, not the standard of care. Sculptra, Radiesse and AesPlla are all used here, with the choice made at assessment according to what suits your tissue and the change you are seeking.
Your comfort is planned for rather than endured. Topical anaesthetic, cooling, ultra-fine needles, cannula technique where appropriate and vibration distraction are all available, and treatment is paused whenever you ask.
Focused collagen-stimulating treatment for early collagen loss, mild laxity or subtle age-related tissue change.
*Subject to consultationBroader regenerative treatment across more substantial areas of the face and neck, using clinically selected collagen-stimulating products.
*Subject to consultationA planned regenerative programme involving multiple areas and treatment sessions for more significant collagen restoration.
*Subject to consultationIt is an injectable that prompts your body to produce its own collagen, rather than adding volume directly. New collagen is laid down over the following weeks and months, gradually improving skin thickness, firmness and structural support.
Collagen restoration treatments are designed to create gradual, longer-term improvement by stimulating your own collagen production rather than simply adding volume.
Results typically develop over several weeks to months and can last 18 months to 3 years, depending on the treatment used, the area treated, your age, skin quality and individual response. Maintenance treatments may be recommended to preserve and build on the result over time.
Typically two to three, spaced around four to six weeks apart. The number depends on how much collagen loss is found at assessment, and is confirmed in your written plan before anything begins.
Sculptra, Radiesse and AesPlla are all used at The Sana Clinic. Which one suits you is decided at assessment, based on your tissue and the change you are seeking, rather than chosen in advance.
No. Because the collagen is produced by your own body over weeks and months, the change is gradual. Most patients find this is one of the reasons they choose it.
Polynucleotide Programmes
Polynucleotides are regenerative injectables derived from purified DNA fragments. Rather than adding volume, they are intended to support the skin’s own repair processes, improving hydration, elasticity and quality over a planned course.
This category is priced as a complete four-session course because a single session is not clinically meaningful on its own. The tier reflects how many anatomical areas the course covers. We use high purity polynucleotides sourced from Korea.
Your comfort is planned for rather than endured. Topical anaesthetic, cooling, ultra-fine needles, cannula technique where appropriate and vibration distraction are all available, and treatment is paused whenever you ask.
Course of four treatments treating one area: under-eyes, face, neck, decolletage or hands. Sessions are spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart.
*Subject to consultationFour-session course treating two anatomical areas, for example face and neck, or face and under-eyes. Sessions are spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart.
*Subject to consultationComprehensive four-session course treating three anatomical areas, for example face, neck and decolletage. Sessions are spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart.
*Subject to consultationPolynucleotides are regenerative injectables derived from purified DNA fragments. They stimulate fibroblast activity, supporting collagen production and tissue repair. They do not add volume, so they are used to improve skin quality, texture and elasticity rather than to change facial shape.
Because a single session is not clinically meaningful. The benefit comes from the full course of four treatments spaced two to four weeks apart, which is why they are priced that way here rather than by the session.
At The Sana Clinic a four-session course for one area is £950, which is £238 per session. Two areas are £1,750 and three areas are £2,450. Many London clinics quote a single session price, so it is worth checking how many sessions a quoted figure actually covers.
Under-eyes, face, neck, decolletage and hands. How many areas are included depends on the tier agreed at consultation, and the under-eye area is one of the most commonly requested.
Neither is better. They do different things and are chosen for different reasons. Polynucleotides are regenerative and work over a course; injectable skin treatments are primarily about hydration and elasticity. Which is appropriate for you is decided at assessment.
Skin Boosters
These are injectable treatments intended to improve the quality of the skin itself rather than its shape or volume. Delivered into the dermis, they support hydration, elasticity and firmness.
The product is selected after assessment of your skin rather than chosen in advance, which is why this category is described by clinical intensity rather than by brand name. Most patients are advised a short course.
Your comfort is planned for rather than endured. Topical anaesthetic, cooling, ultra-fine needles, cannula technique where appropriate and vibration distraction are all available, and treatment is paused whenever you ask.
Clinician-selected injectable treatment for hydration and early skin-quality concerns. Product chosen after assessment.
*Subject to consultationMore advanced skin-quality or bioremodelling treatment for patients requiring greater hydration, elasticity or regenerative support.
*Subject to consultationHigher-intensity or more comprehensive injectable skin treatment, selected according to the patient’s skin and treatment requirements.
*Subject to consultationThey are injectables placed into the dermis to improve the quality of the skin rather than its shape. They support hydration, elasticity and firmness. Unlike dermal filler, they are not intended to restore volume or change facial structure.
Dermal filler restores volume and structure. Injectable skin treatments change the quality of the skin itself, improving hydration and elasticity without altering facial shape. Many patients have both, planned together, for different reasons.
That is decided after Dr Sana has assessed your skin, not before. This category is described by clinical intensity rather than brand because the right product depends on what your skin actually needs.
Most patients are advised a short course, commonly two sessions around four weeks apart. Your own plan is confirmed at consultation.
Full-Face Restoration Programmes
A restoration programme is not a set of treatments bought together. It is a planned sequence delivered over approximately six months, in a deliberate order: skin quality and collagen groundwork first, structural restoration once tissue quality has improved, and refinement last.
The programme offered follows from what is found at assessment. Programmes are arranged through consultation only and are not bookable online.
Designed for patients requiring a focused but comprehensive programme of facial restoration. Following examination and consultation with Dr. Sana, this tier allows the treatment plan to address the most clinically relevant areas using the combination of treatments most likely to achieve a refined, balanced result.
The exact treatment plan remains entirely bespoke. Patients receive a personalised written plan outlining the intended benefits of each treatment, expected duration of results and recommended maintenance.
Recommended where examination identifies a broader degree of volume loss, structural change, skin ageing or collagen depletion requiring a more extensive approach.
Within this tier, Dr. Sana has greater scope to combine structural, regenerative and skin-quality treatments according to clinical indication, allowing the face to be treated as a whole rather than as a series of isolated areas. The tier structure allows Dr. Sana to choose all treatments that are going to give the best possible outcome for the patient without having to make any compromises.
Each patient still receives a bespoke written treatment plan detailing the rationale for treatment, expected benefits, longevity and future maintenance.
The most comprehensive level of full-face and neck restoration, recommended for patients whose assessment indicates that multiple layers of facial ageing or structural change would benefit from treatment.
This tier gives Dr. Sana the greatest flexibility to combine the treatments required to restore proportion, support, skin quality and overall facial harmony while preserving the patient’s individuality. Treatment remains entirely personalised and is determined by examination, anatomy and clinical indication rather than by a fixed menu of procedures.
Patients receive a detailed bespoke treatment plan setting out the intended outcome of each treatment, expected duration of results and long-term maintenance strategy.
The tier system gives Dr. Sana the freedom to select and combine the treatments most appropriate for your anatomy and clinical needs, without having to compromise the treatment plan because individual procedures are being priced separately. The programme itself remains highly bespoke, and every patient receives a detailed written treatment plan explaining the rationale and intended benefits of each treatment, expected duration of results and recommended long-term maintenance.
As an additional benefit, our Full Face Restoration Programmes are structured to offer approximately 20% greater value on average compared with booking the constituent treatments individually. The programme price reflects the complete treatment journey rather than individual syringes, vials or procedures, allowing the focus to remain on achieving the best possible clinical outcome.
It is a planned sequence of treatments delivered over approximately six months, not a set of treatments bought together. Skin quality and collagen are addressed first, structural restoration follows once tissue quality has improved, and refinement comes last.
You do not choose it from a list. The programme follows from what Dr Sana finds at assessment, particularly the degree of collagen loss, and is set out in your written plan. Programmes are arranged through consultation only.
Yes. Programmes can be divided into twelve interest-free monthly payments, so the cost need not be met all at once. Renew is £2,200, Restore is £4,150 and Rebalance is £5,650.
Once you reach your new baseline, most patients need only one or two maintenance visits a year, at under half the annual cost of the initial programme. The first year restores; every year after maintains.
Yes, by around 20% at every tier. The saving is deliberately the same across all three, so the discount never rewards choosing a larger programme than you need.
Scar Management & Remodelling
Scar treatment at The Sana Clinic goes well beyond conventional microneedling. Dr Sana has developed a multi-modal scar remodelling protocol combining deep medical microneedling, targeted scar subcision, personalised mesotherapy, enzymatic resurfacing and cold atmospheric plasma, so that scarring is addressed at several levels of the skin rather than at the surface alone. Where clinically indicated, collagen biostimulation and a subsequent medical chemical peel course are incorporated to support collagen formation and refine the skin surface.
Every programme begins with a medical consultation and detailed examination of the scars, including their type, depth, degree of tethering, distribution and the quality of the surrounding skin. Treatment is then prescribed according to whether the scarring is clinically classified as mild, moderate or severe. The objective is to progressively remodel the scar architecture while preserving the integrity and individuality of the surrounding tissue.
Your comfort is planned for rather than endured. Topical anaesthetic, cooling, ultra-fine needles, cannula technique where appropriate and vibration distraction are all available, and treatment is paused whenever you ask.
Four scar remodelling sessions, approximately 6 weeks apart. Each two-hour session includes an enzymatic skin peel, cold atmospheric plasma, deep medical microneedling with personalised mesotherapy, targeted scar subcision where clinically indicated, topical anaesthetic, a sterile recovery sheet mask and comprehensive aftercare. For mild or localised scarring requiring focused collagen remodelling and improvement in skin texture. Approximate programme duration 18 weeks.
*Subject to consultationEverything in the Foundation programme, with four two-hour scar remodelling sessions approximately 6 weeks apart, plus one vial of collagen biostimulator where clinically indicated to further support collagen formation and tissue remodelling. Following completion and appropriate recovery, a separate three-session medical chemical peel programme is given, spaced approximately 2 to 4 weeks apart, to refine residual texture, tone and skin quality. Approximate programme duration 6 to 7 and a half months.
*Subject to consultationThe most comprehensive scar remodelling programme. Five two-hour sessions approximately 6 weeks apart, combining enzymatic resurfacing, cold atmospheric plasma, deep medical microneedling with personalised mesotherapy, targeted scar subcision where clinically indicated, topical anaesthetic, sterile recovery sheet masks and comprehensive aftercare. Includes two vials of collagen biostimulator where clinically appropriate, followed by a separate three-session medical chemical peel course once the primary regenerative phase is complete. Approximate programme duration 7 and a half to 9 months.
*Subject to consultation*Paying over time
Every scar remodelling programme can be paid in monthly instalments: six months for Foundation, nine for Advanced, twelve for Signature. The term follows the length of your treatment, so you are paying alongside your care rather than ahead of it.
There is no interest and no credit check. The price is the same whether you pay in full on the day or across the full term, and nothing is added for choosing to spread it.
We offer this because care of this standard should not be limited to those who can pay for it all at once. Scarring affects how people feel about themselves every day, often for years, and the cost of treatment should not be the reason someone continues to live with it.
This is not a conventional microneedling facial. Dr Sana’s scar remodelling protocol combines deep medical microneedling, targeted scar subcision, personalised mesotherapy, enzymatic resurfacing and cold atmospheric plasma within the same programme. Depending on severity, it may also incorporate collagen biostimulation and a medical chemical peel course, so the scar is addressed at several levels rather than only at the surface.
Treatment is divided into three tiers according to the severity and complexity of the scarring. Mild scarring typically begins with a four-session Foundation programme, moderate scarring with the Advanced programme, and more severe or extensive scarring may require the five-session Signature programme. The tier is recommended following examination rather than chosen from a menu.
Scar remodelling is gradual. Some improvement in texture may be noticeable during the course, but collagen formation and remodelling continue for several months afterwards. Final results should therefore be assessed once the skin has had time to remodel rather than immediately after an individual session.
Topical anaesthetic is provided before treatment and your comfort is planned for throughout. Subcision releases the fibrous bands that tether a scar beneath the skin and can cause temporary tenderness, swelling or bruising. Cooling, vibration distraction and breaks are available at any point, and it is only performed where Dr Sana considers it clinically appropriate.
No responsible treatment can guarantee a scar will disappear completely. The purpose of remodelling is to reduce scar depth and tethering, improve texture, and make the transition between scarred and surrounding skin less noticeable. The degree of improvement varies with scar type, severity, age of the scar, skin biology and individual healing. Dr Sana will discuss realistic expectations with you beforehand.
