TREATMENTS

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Anti-wrinkle injections (Botulinum toxin) reduce dynamic facial lines while preserving natural expression. Administered with precision, treatments are tailored to individual anatomy and aesthetic goals to achieve subtle, natural-looking results.

Final results are seen between 10-14 days later, with typical duration of 3–6 months, with some newer formulations may provide longer-lasting results of over 6 months.

The procedure is brief (approximately 5 minutes), associated with minimal discomfort, and has a low risk profile when performed by an experienced clinician.

As Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medication, a consultation is required to assess suitability, discuss expected outcomes and risks, and plan dosing. Contact The Sana Clinic to arrange a consultation and personalised treatment plan.

Biostimulators

Biostimulators such as Sculptra® and AesPlla® work by stimulating your skin’s own collagen production, rather than adding volume in a traditional sense. Made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), these treatments have a strong evidence base showing gradual improvements in skin thickness, firmness, elasticity and facial support over time.

Unlike conventional volumising treatments, biostimulators do not create instant fullness. Instead, results develop slowly over several months as new collagen forms, leading to exceptionally natural, refined outcomes that cannot look overdone. This makes them ideal for patients seeking facial rejuvenation, structure and longevity without obvious signs of treatment.

Results are long-lasting, often up to three years, and particularly well suited to those noticing volume loss, skin laxity or early signs of ageing. A personalised consultation will determine whether biostimulators align with your facial structure, skin quality and aesthetic goals.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are a gel-like substance usually made of hyaluronic acid (a substance naturally found in skin).

Treatments are all about structure and definition and are tailored to enhance your natural features. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your jawline, restore volume, smooth deeper lines, or subtly masculinise or feminise key areas like the chin, jaw, and cheekbones, each treatment is precise and personalised.

Your appointment will start with a consultation about your desired outcome followed by numbing of the area of the injection.

At the Sana Clinic, Nerve Blocks are offered for better comfort for certain procedures and cannulated techniques can be used which significantly reduce the risk of complications, bleeding/bruising and pain.

The results are seen immediately - enhancing your contour and refining facial structure.

Result last between 6-12 months with recent evidence showing that dermal fillers may last longer. As a result of this, The Sana Clinic does not condone routine top-up sessions without re-assessment of existing filler.

Filler is naturally reabsorbed by the body and is also dissolvable if you would like for it to be removed.

Filler Dissolving is also available at The Sana Clinic.

Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides repair, hydrate, and rejuvenate skin at a cellular level. Perfect for under-eye dark circles, fine lines, and tired-looking skin, they boost elasticity, stimulate natural repair, and restore a refreshed, healthy glow. Subtle, natural results that leave your skin looking stronger, smoother, and revitalised.

Famously coined the Fish Facial, polynucleotides tend to be derived from Salmon or Trout DNA.

Hair Loss Treatments

Hair loss injections deliver targeted nutrients and growth factors directly to the scalp or beard to strengthen hair follicles, stimulate growth, and slow thinning.

The Sana Clinic offers PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) therapy whereby blood is drawn from your arm and the plasma separated and re-injected into your scalp. This can also be done in conjunction with the use of polynucleotides to further enhance your results.

At The Sana Clinic, Dr Sana has researched and developed an advanced protocol for isolating the best growth factors and nutrients for optimal hair restoration using advanced PRP techniques and adjunctive therapies to maximise your results.

Clinically proven to boost hair density by 20-30% in just 3-4 sessions¹, PRP is cheaper and less painful than hair transplants. It also has no downtime and is considered a “lunchtime treatment” whereby you can go back to work straight after having a treatment.

Treatments are tailored to your hair type and concerns, supporting natural regrowth and improving density. The result is thicker, healthier-looking hair with natural improvement over time.

Local anaesthetic is also available for this procedure for your comfort.

Microneedling

A medical professional performing a procedure on a patient lying down, using a medical instrument for a nose or facial treatment.

Microneedling is a professional skin rejuvenation treatment that uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries, stimulating collagen production by up to 400%² and elastin production for smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin. It’s particularly effective for improving acne scarring, refining pores, softening fine lines, and enhancing overall skin texture and tone.

Microneedling can be combined with mesotherapy to enhance skin rejuvenation by delivering active ingredients more effectively into the skin; one option is PRP (platelet-rich plasma), which uses the patient’s own blood-derived growth factors to stimulate collagen production, improve texture, and support natural skin repair.

The treatment is well tolerated with minimal discomfort, and a numbing cream can be applied beforehand if desired. Mild redness or tightness may occur for 24–48 hours, similar to light sunburn. Aftercare involves keeping the skin clean and hydrated, avoiding makeup and heat for 24 hours, and applying SPF daily. Most clients resume normal activities the next day, with results improving progressively over the following weeks.

Skin Boosters

Skin boosters such as Seventy Hyal and Profhilo are injectable treatments designed to improve skin quality through deep dermal hydration. They act as injectable moisturisers, delivering hyaluronic acid directly into the skin, where topical products cannot penetrate.

Hyaluronic acid can bind up to 1,000 times its weight in water, helping to improve hydration, texture, elasticity, and overall skin function.

Unlike dermal fillers, these treatments do not add volume; instead, they stimulate collagen and elastin production.

They can be used on the face, neck, and body, resulting in firmer, smoother, and healthier-looking skin.

The procedure takes 5 minutes and local anaesthetic is available for your comfort.
