Treatments

Care begins with consultation, not treatment selection. Patients are invited to book an online or face-to-face consultation, where the most appropriate options are considered and recommended clinically, removing the expectation that you should know which treatment is right for you.

Procedure Time Variable
Results Duration Several years in many patients, with longevity influenced by bite, habits, staining and maintenance.
Downtime None. Mild temporary sensitivity or awareness of the new tooth shape can occur.

Composite Bonding

Composite bonding uses tooth-coloured resin to make selective changes to tooth shape, edges, proportions or small spaces. Dr Xenia plans bonding in the context of the whole smile and bite, using it only where it can improve harmony without unnecessary removal of healthy tooth structure. In some patients, alignment or whitening may be recommended first to create a more conservative final result.

Includes: Assessment of oral health, bite, tooth position, enamel, existing restorations and the proposed shape changes. Photographs or digital planning may be used for more complex cases.

1

Consultation

We begin with your concerns, goals, medical history and expectations. Treatment is never assumed, and the option of no treatment remains part of the conversation.

2

Examination

A focused clinical examination allows us to assess anatomy, tissue quality and relevant contributing factors before any recommendation is made.

3

Treatment plan

You receive a considered, personalised plan detailing the rationale, treatment timeline, full costs, expected outcomes, longevity and any recommended maintenance.

4

Treatment

Treatment is delivered over the appropriate number of sessions using evidence-led techniques, with comfort, safety and natural outcomes prioritised throughout.

5

Aftercare

Written aftercare is provided immediately, with clear guidance on recovery, expected changes and when to contact the clinic, alongside 24-hour access to clinical support.

6

Review & maintenance

Progress is reassessed at every stage, with maintenance recommended only where it meaningfully supports your result, health and long-term goals.
