Treatments

Care begins with consultation, not treatment selection. Patients are invited to book an online or face-to-face consultation, where the most appropriate options are considered and recommended clinically, removing the expectation that you should know which treatment is right for you.

Procedure Time 60 mins for assessment and records, with a short fitting appointment if required
Results Duration Long-term retention is usually recommended. Retainers require replacement over time if worn, damaged or distorted.
Downtime None. A new retainer may feel tight initially while you adapt to the fit.

Retainers

Teeth can move after orthodontic treatment, which is why retention is an essential part of maintaining alignment. Custom removable retainers are made to fit your teeth closely and are worn according to an individual schedule. Dr Xenia will review fit, wear and any signs of movement, with replacement recommended when a retainer becomes damaged, distorted or no longer fits correctly.
